ALUMINIUM ANODIZING
Reasons and benefits

Benefits of anodizing aluminum parts
The alumina layer created in proportion to the thickness protects the part from corrosive environments.
– The oxide layer formed due to the formation of nanotubes on aluminum surfaces leads to an increase in the absorption of pigments. It also increases the plating thickness used.
– The anodic oxide layer of aluminum is naturally a uniform and shiny coating, and on the other hand, due to its good resistance to corrosion, it can be used as the desired final surface for decoration and facades. The final surface can be made brighter and smoother by mechanical polishing methods or even by electropolishing the part before anodizing.
-Aluminum oxide can be used to insulate components against high voltages because it is non-conductive. The degree of insulation of the layer also depends on the thickness and aluminum alloy.
– An anodic oxide layer in thicknesses greater than 30 microns makes the aluminum part resistant to thermal shock. This coating occurs in the hard anodizing process.
-Using the hard anodizing mechanism, a coating of about 100 microns thick is created on aluminum parts, which has high hardness and can be used to make bearings and rotating parts or other items that require abrasion resistance. The solution layer, its temperature and the voltage supply are some of the factors affecting the hard oxide layer.

The anodizing system of Pars Aluminum Arak Company is based on the latest methods in the world and is equipped with the most modern European standard tools and machines, and using European standard chemicals in various color ranges of silver, champagne, bronze, brown, black, copper and gold by electrocoloring method and with the ability to create a plating layer thickness of up to 20 microns in simple matte, brushed and shiny forms. It has been officially opened since 1400. (Full European Finishing Line) It should be noted that this complex had a plating unit from 1385 to 1394, while the previous line has been completely removed from the production flow.
ALUMINIUM BRUSHING
1- Creating irregular lines on the profile to achieve a decorative design
2- Light brushing on the profile surface to eliminate extrusion defects such as lines and shadows created on the profile surface during extrusion and achieving a uniform and completely matte surface.

ALUMINIUM POLISH
This machine was purchased by a famous German company in 2007 and added to the company’s production complex.
This machine is used to achieve a shiny surface, which in addition to beautifying the profile, can also eliminate defects resulting from the production and extrusion of the profile.
Due to its many capabilities, this process is considered one of the main methods in the production of high-quality aluminum profiles and plays an important role in meeting the needs of various industries.
Laboratory
Pars Aluminum Company (Farasazan) laboratory determines the concentration of all baths and the appropriate pH of the washing baths daily, in line with the production of anodizing.

Fully automatic packaging
In the packaging section of this company, which is the final stage of the work, experienced and meticulous staff are used for safe packaging and final quality control.
